All goods have to be paid in cash in our shop or by bank transfer: an advanced payment of ± 30 % by opening your order and the rest when delivered or picked-up. If delivered by UPS, shipment will start after total payment by bank transfer.
All goods have to be picked-up or delivered (paid) within 15 days. If not we consider the buy as undone.
Due to mistakes in our inventory there may occasionally be a product out of stock that shows available. In these cases, or in any other case there is made some error, your payment will be returned to you for the unavailable product
The goods are sold in the state and condition in witch they are, we assume the buyer has seen and approved them in our shop.
New goods like tiffany lamps are new and sold in good condition unless described.
